Frequently asked questions
Search or filter. Everything here reflects the pre-launch state of RSG CORE.
Is RSG CORE open for orders yet?
Not yet. RSG CORE is in its pre-launch phase: this website, the plan layouts and the prices shown are examples. Ordering opens when the customer panel and billing are connected.
Why are the prices labelled as examples?
Commercial pricing is still being finalised. All figures on this site come from a single configuration file so they can be updated everywhere at once, and nothing here is a binding offer.
Which locations will you host in?
Locations will be announced with launch. The status section on the home page uses demo regions purely to show how live status will look.
Will there be a customer panel?
Yes, a customer panel with console, file manager and billing is planned for a later phase. Login and Get Started buttons currently explain this instead of pretending to work.
Which server software will be supported?
Paper, Purpur, Fabric and Forge are planned. Exact versions will be listed once the node images are configured and tested.
Can I run plugins and mods?
Plugins on Paper or Purpur, and mods on Fabric or Forge, are supported by design. Modpacks need more RAM, so larger plans are the better fit for them.
How much RAM do I need?
As a rough guide, small survival servers run on 2 GB, plugin servers on 4 GB and large modpacks on 8 GB or more. Player count, view distance and mods all matter.
Is RSG CORE affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft?
No. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. RSG CORE is an independent hosting brand.
Which languages can bots use?
Node.js and Python runtimes are planned. Other runtimes may follow after the infrastructure is proven.
Will my bot restart if it crashes?
Restart policies are a core part of the planned bot runtime: restart on crash, on failure only, or never.
How are secrets and tokens handled?
Environment variables are the intended way to supply tokens, so they never sit inside your code or repository.
Is web hosting the same infrastructure as Minecraft and bot hosting?
No. Web hosting is treated as its own service with infrastructure suited to websites, so game load never competes with your site.
Do plans include SSL and domains?
Free SSL certificates and custom-domain support are planned. Domain registration is not part of the current plan and will be confirmed separately.
What is the refund policy?
The refund policy page is a draft pending legal review. The final policy will be published before orders open.
Where can I read the legal terms?
Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy have draft pages in the footer. They are placeholders and must be reviewed before launch.
